Financing Your Care

At Chatham Endodontics we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.  

Chatham Endodontics will accept assignment of benefits from any insurance company we are in-network with.  Patient estimated co-insurance is due at time of treatment.  Any additional out-of-pocket will be due once all insurance claims have been processed and benefits have been paid.

While we do not accept assignment of benefits if we are out of your insurance network, however we will gladly submit your claim for you to be reimbursed directly from your insurance company, if you provide us with your complete and accurate insurance information.  Knowing how your benefits are structured and how your out of network benefits work is your responsibility.  Our handling the claim process for you is a courtesy and not a guarantee of payment.

Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
